Hi, I'm Anna. 
I formed Meroscope because I'm relentlessly collaborative.

Professionally, I've spent 15 years building operational systems in complex and rapidly changing organizations. My work focused on frameworks that improve profitability and efficiency, team alignment and performance, and information flow across matrixed environments.

In parallel, as an active artist, creative collaborator and networker, I founded a multi-cultural artist collective that brought together artists and advocates for over a decade. That work continues to foster cross-disciplinary dialogue and projects around changes and needs shaping our creative community. 

Meroscope is an extension of a lifelong belief that we are better together. I want to bring the work I've done for a billion-dollar company, entrepreneurial businesses, fellowships, and myself to you. So that you can lead with strategy, build for scale, and grow with intention.
